Help Judy with her Flood Damage

At 2am on August 6th, flood waters inundated the Valley area in Juneau and poured into Judy's house. None of the flood maps or warning areas listed were where Judy lived. By the time it was said and done, the water was up to the door knobs in the downstairs. She didn't have flood insurance as she is not in a flood area. Her mortgage insurance does not cover damage of this kind. Anything you can donate to help her with all of these repairs would be most appreciated!
