Help Julia fix her back

Hi, My name is Julia and I have been Diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome and have Thoracic back pain. I had gotten an Mri in February which showed no reason to why I am in so much pain, but there was a small mass found along my spine. So due to that I have to get another Mri and for my pain I need an injection that's 1200 and chiropractor appointments 1-2 times weekly, as well as lots of different medications to help the pain. I also need to go to physical therapy weekly but am current unable to afford the expense.I have been actively working a full time job and my back pain is starting to interfere with my work. I am drowning in medical bills due to the problems I've had in my back for over a year now. Any help is greatly appreciated.
