Our sweet and loving friend, Julie Hurst, was diagnosed with invasive carcinoma, stage 3, HER2 positive on January 24th, 2023.
She started her first round of chemo on February 8th, and quickly realized that the side effects from the chemo were taking a huge toll on her body. She’s left with barely being able to work, let alone function on her own.
Julie is a single woman who has continuously been kicked when she’s down over the last 2 years. She lost her home of 13 years due to the pandemic and has struggled with major health issues for the last 2 years as well, including a cervical cancer scare.
Julie is so loving and kind and a very hard worker, so it’s hard for her to ask for help. The biggest obstacle right now is keeping a roof over her head, healthy foods in her home, and her medical bills under control.
