I’m reaching out on behalf of our Employee/Property Manager, David, and his nephew, Julio Roberto Reyes García. Julio has battled chronic kidney disease since he was 14 and is now 40. His journey has been filled with challenges, but his strength and resilience inspire us all.

"When Julio was 14, he was diagnosed with kidney disease. I donated a kidney, giving him a new chance at life. Sadly, five years ago, his body rejected the transplant. After years of searching, we found Marcos, a compatible donor. The surgery is scheduled for this month, and we need $50,000 for the procedure, payment to the kidney donor, and related hospitalization and medical expenses for the donor and Julio. Any help is deeply appreciated."
