Help Support Julius and Pamela Norwood After Fire
Donation protected
On Tuesday evening, Pam and Julius Norwood evacuated their home in Altadena, CA. Though they made it to safety, they discovered the following morning that their family home, and all their possessions, had been lost in the Eaton fire.
(Before & After photos)
Married for 45 years, Pam and Julius represent everything that's unique and special about Altadena. This home has been in their family since 1975, first occupied by Pam’s mother, until her passing. Since then, Pam and Julius were able to move back to the neighborhood, Pam’s mom was so fond of and introduce it to their sons and daughter. They eventually planned to leave the home to their beloved granddaughter. They made up one of the parts to the beating heart of the neighborhood — warm, friendly, and kind to anyone they encountered on their frequent walks with their dog Oreo. You couldn't ask for better neighbors, more loving grandparents, or more loyal friends.
Though what they've lost is irreplaceable, Pam and Julius are courageous, resilient people who — at 72 — hope to one day get back on their feet and create a ton of new memories, for themselves and their family. Anything you can donate will offer both relief for any unexpected costs during this devastating time and will provide a vital resource for their family's long-term future.
