Help Juno the Husky with his broken leg
Donation protected
Hi Friends and Family, I am reaching out in hopes you could help a wonderful friend Casey. I have known Casey since high school and he is a great friend, father to two kids and several fur babies.
He has a beautiful Husky named Juno. Juno was found roaming the streets of Oak Park, near my house in January 2016. I being unable to keep him, Casey adopted him and has given him a great life up in the Mendocino area. Unfortunately, the other day Juno severely broke his leg just jumping off the deck which he does on a regular basis with no issues in the past. Casey immediately took him to the vet and his leg is broken badly. They think he might have bone cancer in this one leg and that is why it broke so badly. They did additional xrays and the rest of Juno looks healthy, and no cancer was seen elsewhere. In the small town of Mendocino, they do not have the specialist to conduct this type of surgery or the aftercare treating Juno's cancer. So, Casey is on his way to the VCA in Sacramento. The surgery is going to run about $6,500 to $7,500 and then estimated an additional $2,000 - $3,000 for cancer treatment. This is a huge financial burden and if you can help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated! If you can't support financially please send all positive vibes, prayers towards Juno's way.
Thanks so much!!
