Help Justin recover from testicular cancer

Hi, I'm Justin, I'm 26 years old and was recently told that I have testicular cancer, I'm am undergoing surgery very soon and after am learning about what treatment I'm going to have to go through with. Through all of this I am going to be out of work, any help I could get to pay for medicine, bills, and keeping a roof over my head would be so appreciated!
