Help Kaden and Leia Get Home

Hi! I’m Kaden. I’m 29 years old and have been working in the nonprofit space for four years. Over the course of the last year I have been taken to the emergency room/hospitalized 5+ times for pancreatitis. This combined with living in the busy city of Los Angeles has taken a major toll on my emotional and financial wellbeing. In order to take better care of my health, I have been planning to move from Los Angeles back home to Alabama. In addition to this, I will also be helping my family with some other private matters. 

In the last two weeks before my move, my cat (Leia) was suddenly diagnosed with diabetes and has been hospitalized twice. This has depleted my entire savings and I no longer have the funds to finish moving back home or cover any additional vet bills that I will receive. I rarely ever ask anyone for help as I prefer to be the one helping folks. However, I now have no other option but to ask for assistance for me and my sweet fur baby.
