Help Kailey “The Wonder Kid”

Blessings, My name is Miki Sanchez-Burgos. I want to raise very much needed funds for Kailey Lawson’s medical expenses due to having cancer. Sweet Kailey is fighting for her life!

Kailey lives in Nebraska with her parents, Dwight and Heather and her older sister, Claire, who is 13 years old. Kailey is 10 years old. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that Kailey is the strongest kid I know and an inspiration to me. She’s battling neuroblastoma for the second time after having gone into remission for about four years.

Kailey has undergone 10 rounds of chemotherapy. Now she’s been referred to a hospital in either Denver or Chicago for a new treatment, MIBG therapy, then back to UNMC for a stem cell transplant using cells she has left over from her previous stem cell transplant. While she's undergoing the MIBG therapy, she'll be radioactive and the mother won't be able to stay in the room with her, which is heartbreaking.

We spend money on trivial things on a daily basis. This campaign is for a truly worthy cause. The amount of your donation will go to Kailey and her family 100 percent!
