Help Kaine Chastain after a hit and run

Donation protected
Hi, I'm Bob Cookson and I've served as an admin for the Georgia Tech Football group on FB with Jonathan Chastain for nearly a decade. Jonathan is the primary admin for the group and has been working the page and supporting Georgia Tech for at least as long. He's known as the GT Viking, and his pregame tailgate is open to anyone looking to hang with friends.

Last night following the GT-Clemson game at Mercedes Benz Stadium, Kaine Chastain, his middle child and youngest son, was involved in a hit and run. And it was serious. Both bones in his right leg were broken clean in two. He has been in surgery this morning to reset everything, and he will be weeks in recovery. He's asleep now on meds. I'll update everyone on Kaine's recovery as we learn more.

Jonathan is a single father in Jasper, GA. He will need to be off work (no PTO) for at least two weeks to care for Kaine until Kaine can get around and return to school. While insured, he will be responsible for deductibles and co-pays for the cost of surgery and PT. Anything you can do to help defray those costs for a true GT fan would be appreciated.

Other big notes: at this time, we know nothing about the driver of the car and Jonathan wants to thank the Clemson fan who was a nurse and cared for Kaine until the paramedics arrived. Some things are bigger than the game.
