Help Kait run for charity @ 2024 Tokyo Marathon!

Hi everyone!

I’m so excited to share that I’ve been selected to participate in the 2024 Tokyo Marathon as a charity runner on behalf of the Tokyo Marathon Foundation! This race will be #5 in my quest to complete all 6 of the Abbott World Marathon Majors — one of my lifetime goals.

The Tokyo Marathon Foundation was established with the goal of improving public health and enhancing the city of Tokyo by spreading joy through running. With a declining birthrate, aging population, and increasing life expectancy, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle is a key area for the future of society. The excitement and energy that comes from running can change lifestyles, strengthen bonds between people, and create a better society. We believe that running possesses such power. Together with the local community, businesses and all runners, we will continue striving to create a new lifestyle by expanding the possibilities of running, primarily through the Tokyo Marathon and related events and initiatives.
