Help Kaitlyn keep bills paid, mom&dad both passed

I can’t believe I’m typing this, just a few short months from Kaitlyn’s father passing, her mom as joined her dad at the gates of Heaven. Kaitlyn is 18 years old and needs help keeping her father’s property and bills paid and by her some time to keep from falling behind. This will help her figure things out during this difficult time and take a huge stresser off her shoulders dusting this hard time. Anything helps, share please !
