My family needs help raising money so we can attain a Lawyer to prove what happened to our Babygirl Mina and bring our Babygirl’s home.

Child protective services is asking the court to terminate my parenting rights and adopt my children… This December I have a trial to prove to the court that it would be detrimental to both my daughter’s to relinquish me from the right of being a parent to them…

Many may already know a bit about what our family has been facing since last year in January 2023. We received a lot of prayers and blessing’s from everyone for our babygirl Mina while she was in the NICU on life support for one month and two weeks, while week after week the team caring for Mina constantly asked me to take her off life support, pushing me against my beliefs…. Finally February came and one last time they gave me an ultimatum, take Mina off life support or give her a Tracheotomy… Our family chose to leave it in the Lords hands praying in hopes for her to keep breathing on her own, but the Lords will for Mina was different than what we wanted…

A lot of y’all also helped provide us enough money to give Mina a Memorial to Heaven…

Everyone knew Mina was in the ICU on life support due to RSV a virus called (Respiratory syncytial virus)

This Virus can be detrimental and even fatal for infants, especially premature babies or those with underlying health conditions, as RSV can cause severe respiratory illness leading to hospitalization and, in the most serious cases, death; making it particularly dangerous for young infants….

But not many know the full story of what our family was actually going through… And the nightmare we are still facing today…

Here I’ll rewind back to December 23,2022, I took both my daughters to the Emergency Room because my daughter Elunia was sick for two weeks but two days before December 23 she started showing signs of a fever and Mina also started to become sick so it struck me odd…

The doctor said both my daughters had RSV (Respiratory syncytial virus) and ensured that everything would be fine, it was like a normal cold… I had no clue what RSV actually was and what it could actually do…

Two weeks later January 5, 2023 my Husband and I woke up 4 am sometime to our daughter Mina crying as if it was normal feeding time…

But it was actually the start of the nightmare (trail)… My daughter started gasping for air not being able to breathe and changed color so we called 911 she then was transported to the same ER that we visited two weeks ago….

Now at the ER I was watching the nurses and doctor hook my daughter up to a ventilator and still have not heard exactly what is going on with her…. Just thinking (Is this what RSV has done) Then finally after so long the doctor come’s to me and tells me what was going on and says someone had hurt Mina and now I was being questioned…

In shook of what the doctor had told me and being in agony of what was already going on, I stepped outside once my mother in law arrived and ran to the car for a minute to process everything… There a police officer had asked to talk to me and in time a cps investigator…

I spoke with them, After all…. I return inside and now my daughter is being Transported to a children’s Medical Center…

Now upon check-in to the NICU another investigator and social worker for the hospital tell me they need to talk to me while the doctor and nurses get my daughter situated and once again I’m being told what was going on with my daughter and asked questions… they told me there is nothing to worry about they do this to conduct an investigation but I was so unaware of what was about to actually happen…

Later that night while I’m at the hospital with Mina I get a call from my husband crying and screaming telling me cps is at my house trying to take my daughter Elunia… Supposably we have to comply, THIS IS COURT ORDERED!

From day One I’ve never believed anything anyone of these people told me, I’m a mother with instincts from the lord and know what was going on in my home every waking day and night of the two months we had with our Babygirl Mina… And with a Strong Faith Filled Family by my side they’ve lead me in the right direction to endurance in faith and to trust what I truly know; I started researching and going into my own investigating to find the truth of what happen to our Babygirl Mina.

Through this past one year and eleven months I’ve come to find out that there are thousands of other parents who have been falsely accused, prosecuted and one man Mr. Robert Robinson now possibly set to be executed for something he never committed.. Due to the lack of scientific data available years ago parents/people have been left to fall through the cracks of our system over this so called shaken baby syndrome theory…

The scientist most associated with raising concerns about the validity of the "shaken baby syndrome" theory is Dr. Norman Guthkelch, a British pediatric neurosurgeon who initially proposed the hypothesis but later expressed significant reservations about its accuracy, stating that the science behind it was flawed and could lead to wrongful convictions; he is considered to have essentially "debunked" the concept to a large extent.

Yet doctors are still being trained to look for signs of shaken baby syndrome. The reality is that other factors like metabolic and genetic disorders, as well as bleeding, clotting disorders and infectious diseases can cause the damage currently being misdiagnosed as SBS.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) continues to affirm the dangers of shaking infants and embraces the SBS diagnosis as a valid subset of abusive head trauma (AHT).

However there’s parents who’ve been able to get their case proven to be false due to evidence showing that the child was sick with an infection like pneumonia and or a genetic or disease disorder… Now there are more persecution’s being overturned with the correct attorney and experts on the case who believe you and are willing to fight tooth and nail…

With many restless nights of mourning, prayer and obsessing over all that the lord has lead me to discover… I was lead to an expert that handles shaken baby syndrome cases he looked at my daughters autopsy…

The expert stated that “there is a type of stroke that happens that can cause subdural bleeding it also follows the illness like RSV Mina shortly had before everything happened.

The sagittal sinus is a major vein that drains blood from the brain and returns it to the heart. If it becomes clotted, it causes back pressure in the smaller veins that pass through the subdural space, which can cause them to bleed.”

So knowing all that I know now I’m pushing to attain a lawyer who will prove what happened to Mina is due to RSV (Respiratory syncytial virus) illness and an unexpected disease.

Problem is our family attained an attorney for 6,000 dollars and the whole time she wanted me to believe the allegations and denied me to obtain a second opinion… So that pushed me away from providing her with the information I’ve recently attained from the expert I found on my own…

Now I am back to the same appointed attorney I had in the beginning. I’ve presented her with evidence I have and she stated that there is nothing she believes she can do as we are in this far… But my thoughts on that is she just doesn’t care enough to….

Too many people fall through the cracks.

This system is built to spiritually break us, our home’s and our children…

The systems way of investigating is to build a case against you and allow you to prove it if you have the money and the right legal representatives on your side.

SO NO IT’S NOT OVER…

The lord has also lead me to an attorney who has proved shaken baby syndrome cases can be misdiagnosed.

So I’m asking for others to help me gain the money to hire this attorney to prove to the court what actually happened to our Babygirl Mina and bring our Babygirl’s home.
