Here is Oscars story, Oscar and his 2 german shepherd sisters always loved to run around and explore different terrains with their owner. On one of these adventures, Oscar fell from a slope and fractured his spine. He has had to have a very expensive operation, leaving very few funds for his rehabilitation.
