Help Kari & baby Phoenix

Hi, my name is Kayla Brantley, I’m starting this go fund me in hopes to get my dear friend Kari some help. On 2/3/2024 we had a very bad storm come through the area, causing extremely high water in areas of the city that never flood. While this storm was taking place, Kari was in the hospital, still in labor & delivery with her newborn baby Phoenix. Unfortunately due to the high water levels, Kari’s car was flooded, leaving her engine shot and her brand new baby’s car seat unsalvageable. Kari currently left her job roughly 3 weeks before going into labor & unfortunately only had a set savings until she can get back to work, so I’m sure you can understand what kind of bind this left her and her child in. This is the time in her life where she should be focusing on the joys of being a brand new mother, but unfortunately she’s stuck facing this difficult situation. If you can spare anything to help Kari get herself reliable transportation and a new car seat, as she will be needing it desperately having a newborn at home. Thank you and god bless.
