Help Karisma with her journey to recovery

 

Hi, my name is Rae, and I am starting this go fund me for my cousin, Karisma, who was run over multiple times and dragged by a vehicle during a domestic violence incident. She sustained severe life-threatening injuries that have caused her inability to walk and become wheelchair-bound for several months. Upon her release from the hospital, she will need round-the-clock care and cannot be left alone. During this time, she will also need several pieces of medical equipment just to complete daily living activities. On the road to recovery, Karisma will need to learn to walk again utilizing rehabilitation services and extensive physical therapy. She does not have insurance, nor was she prepared for such a financial burden due to this horrific act of violence; I'm asking for donations to help cover her hospital bills, physical therapy, and other health expenses.
