Help the Hernandez family in their time of loss

We are reaching out on behalf of our dear friend Karly Hernandez. She is in a time of need and we are praying that together we can rally behind her. She is a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend to all.

In 2021, Karly was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. She underwent a lumpectomy along with chemotherapy and radiation. She was declared cancer-free in November 2022.

In May of this year she started having some vertigo and migraines. Unfortunately, it was found that the breast cancer had come back and had metastasized to her brain and spine. On July 10th at UC Davis, she underwent surgery to remove a clementine-sized tumor from her brain. She went through intense full brain radiation along with spinal radiation. The side effects from the surgery and radiation have been hard, but she's pushing through.

UC Davis had no further treatment options. But through a good friend, she was introduced to an integrative doctor who is very confident in her healing. Sadly, her insurance will not cover any of it. So far, she has gone through three weeks of treatment with Dr. Forsythe in Reno. It consisted of IV therapy and low-dose chemotherapy. For the next three months, she will be doing chemotherapy once a month. After the chemo is over, she will then be ready to have a blood test to get an SOT vaccine made for her specific cancer. SOT therapy has very high success rates in stopping cancer cells. Your donations will help with her continued therapies in Reno along with covering the multitude of medical bills piling up.

This has been an extremely difficult time for Karly. Being away from her girls, extreme nausea, impaired vision, difficulty walking.
