Help Karter Kick Cancer’s A**!
Donation protected
A few months ago, our family found out that my 1-year-old nephew has acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Well, after several rounds of chemo and a very long stay in the hospital, the doctors told his parents, Jonathan and Jessica that things were looking good and Karter could come home.
But after his blood counts had been down for some time, they tested his bone marrow and the cancer is back. He will probably need a bone marrow transplant which would mean another long hospital stay for him.
Unfortunately, the hospital is in Oakland and they are not. They take turns staying with him while the other parent stays behind with their other 2 young kids, Bella and Derek, ages 6 and 2. Jonathan has had to take a lot of time off of work and they really could use some help financially.
Friends, if you could find it in your hearts to help them out, we would be eternally grateful. And your prayers would be very welcome too!
