Help Kassie and Kamila Bridge the Gap

It is with a heavy heart that I write the following words. Today our family lost my dear nephew. Today, Cory Elder, lost his battle with cancer. Today our hopes of his recovery were shattered and our hearts were forever broken.

Cory leaves behind the love of his life, Kassie Valencia, and their one year old daughter, Kamila. Their beautiful, young family had just begun. Throughout Cory and Kassie's relationship, Cory has been their sole financial support and Kassie has had the privilege of being home with their daughter. With the untimely loss of Cory, Kassie has no source of income in addition to the devastating heartbreak she is experiencing. She is heartbroken, confused, and completely frightened about the future. Any financial help to bridge the gap between now and what is to come would certainly allow her time to breathe . All donations will go towards household expenses and caring for Kamila.

Providing her with some financial relief is much needed so she can have time to to digest this great loss and figure out how to navigate these not only uncharted waters, but also unwanted waters.
