Help Katarri not become homeless!

A shout out to all of our friends and fellow salseros in Utah. If you have been a part of Salsa community in Utah, I'm sure you remember Katarri's smiling face and kindness. Rarely do you meet someone as giving and as caring as Katarri, and now, she needs our help.

She has been struggling with some major chronic and progressive health problems that caused her to lose her job and health insurance and set her on a downward spiral. This the current situation:


- She cannot walk for more than a few steps and is confined to a wheelchair

- Her apartment is located at the 3rd floor of an apartment complex

- She weighs 87 pounds and is clearly malnourished

- The apartment complex recently posted an eviction notice

- She is a single mother with no family to assist her 

We have started her application for social services, but we were told that the process can take a few months. Meanwhile she needs help with literally everyrhing ( food, medication, rent, going anywhere since she can’t walk and doesn’t have a car..etc). With this gofundme campaign, we are hoping to raise money to help her stay in her apartment for the next two months and enable her to cover utilities and medications. Many thanks for this!
