Help me get my smile back

Long story short: I need major dental work to improve my quality of life.. as a hostess at a restaurant I don't get insurance and make just too much to qualify for help, even though I'm barely managing to get by.
I was born with weak teeth, the dentists said I had no enamel. That it was a genetic disorder common in people with Irish heritage. When I was 4 I shattered all my front teeth when I tripped and fell, leaving me with no front teeth until my adults came in.
By 16 those were falling apart. By 22 I'd had 4 root canals, tons of fillings and caps, crowns, bridges, and 7 teeth extracted. I spent a good bit of time at the local dental school trying to get good work for cheap.
In the last 2 years every piece of work I've had done has crumbled and fallen out, beyond my financial ability to repair. I now deal with severe social anxiety. I cover my mouth when I laugh or smile. Dating is nearly impossible, kissing makes me anxious. People (doctors, dentists, law enforcement) have actually asked "when was the last time you did meth?" I've never even seen meth.. The fear of judgement is enough in itself to keep me locked in my bedroom. And my anxiety is quickly turning to depression. I only have 8 solid teeth in my mouth. Several are shattered and broke to the gum line. I've experienced severe bone loss, and I'm currently fighting 4 abcesses..
So in conclusion, I've finally found an amazing dentist (I've had some really traumatic experiences) and oral surgeon who are willing to put me to sleep to extract my bad and broken teeth for upper dentures, and who will restore what's left on the bottom and give me a lower partial. I will be able to eat again, I'll be able to smile again..
Sharing this is so very hard for me, nobody in my networking circles know, only my very closest friends. I've even distanced myself from my extended family.. I want to live again.
