Help Kay Edwards with Funeral and Living Expenses

Steve Edwards went to be with Jesus unexpectedly on 7/1/2023.

His wife, Kay Edwards, loves flowers and would love her home to be full of them. But she also needs to cover about $2500 in funeral expenses, and needs to afford her mortgage until Steve's life insurance policy kicks in (which will be in about three months). If you would rather donate to funeral and mortgage expenses instead of flowers, it would be a very practical way to help.

Steve never met a stranger and would talk to anyone. He ministered frequently at local jails or prisons. He was an open book and would offer pithy or deep advice from his own life or the Bible. He will be missed by the many friends and all the family he left behind.

Steve and Kay were married for 44 years, and they worked together at MN Teen Challenge for a few years recently. They did many, many things together - from traveling to ministering, to from raising children to raising chickens. When someone would ask Kay how long they'd been married, her answer was always, "Not long enough."

Their living children are putting this fundraiser together to give their mom peace of mind for a few months, to take some stress off as she has a lot of decisions to make in the next few months.
