Help Kay French Beat Cancer
Don protégé
In September of 2015, my mother, Kay Rohne French, was diagnosed with a type of small-cell cancer that had spread throughout her lungs, liver, spine, and brain. For the past year and a half, Kay has fought her cancer bravely and gracefully, enduring round after round of chemotherapy and radiation therapy while continuing to report for work and help care for her family.
In early January of 2017, we were informed that my mother's body had stopped responding to her cancer treatments, and on January 5th an MRI revealed that three new spots of cancer had appeared in her brain.
There are very few options for treatment at this point. There is a clinical trial in St. Louis that she may possibly be accepted into, and also a type of gamma knife noninvasive radiosurgery for her brain in Little Rock, AR or Oklahoma City, OK. All options require very expensive treatments, missing work, and travelling away from her home.
My mother is a strong, selfless woman who would never ask anyone for help, so I am asking on her behalf. Please, if you can, donate to her fund and share this link. Every little bit helps. Thank you in advance, and may God bless you all.
