John is one of the most generous people I have ever met. He always found a way to give something to someone in need. Whether it was a prayer group, a meal train, a place to stay, or a person to just talk to when you are feeling troubled, he is a person who has already been through so much. So many people who know him have nothing but wonderful things to say about his compassionate nature.

Recently, John fell 15ft from a roof while at work, resulting in a serious brain injury as well as 11 broken ribs. He is in a medically induced coma in California. His daughter, Kayla, is currently living in North Carolina and needs our help. John is going to have a long recovery and the future plans are for John to come live with Kayla in North Carolina. Kayla is his lifeline and needs help with airfare and general assistance so she can be there for her dad. She is a full-time mother with a full-time job and needs us.

John is fighting hard to live and our hope is he will be able to live out his remaining years with his family close by. We are asking for you to open your hearts. Anything you can donate is a true blessing and will go directly to helping John.
