Help Kayla Owsley with Medical and Living Expenses

Update and Pictures: Journey’s amputation surgery was successful. She has now started the long healing journey. Of her hand and off her mind. It’s just so horrible that such a young, sweet soul has had to go through so much and her wrongs are just starting to heal. We’re now finding out, that so much of it could have been avoided, with the initial injury and with her first surgery. Journey and Kayla went to her first physical therapy appt earlier this week, and she is also staying an extra year of preschool, to give her time to adjust and learn to live her little life with the loss she has sustained, instead of going on to kindergarten as planned. The initial scars are healing, but now Journey, Kayla, and sister Baily are just trying to pick up the pieces of the loss their little family has endured. All donations are appreciated and forwarded to help make their lives a little easier in these dark times they are going through.
My name is Danielle Pickett, and my best friend needs your help. Kayla’ owsley’s daughter, Journey, injured her hand Fourth of July weekend. They took the cast off today and we found out she will now have to have three of her fingers amputated tomorrow. This has already kept her off of work so much. Y’all probably already know because she does half of Shelbyville’s hair, so she could really use some help to get caught up on bills. She’s a single mom of two beautiful girls, who never asks anyone for help. Journey has this surgery at Riley tomorrow afternoon and will have a long recovery ahead of her. Kayla does this all on her own and never asks anyone for help, so if we could all help her out a little with rent, bills, and gas to get back and forth to appointments, it would make her life a little easier on her, in this already trying time. Please and thank you for all of your help.
