Help Amber-Jade to be comfortable ‍♀️

Hi my name is chevonne and I’m fundraising for my friend Kayleigh her little girl Amber-jade was born at 24 weeks gestation and since then has been fighting to survive everyday since, she’s been home for 5 short weeks out of her whole life, she recently spent her 1st birthday in hospital and hasn’t been home since, she’s hardly seen her brothers and sisters or her dad since she’s been in as she’s such a high risk. She’s now being moved to a different hospital in Aberdeen for tpn feeds, but to get this she needs put to sleep and might not waken up again, the tpn might not save her either, she’s currently less than 7lb and she’s over a year old, she has a lot of complex needs and disabilities and needs 24 hour care. Kayleigh doesn’t leave her side other than to go home for a few short hours here and there, she will be going with her to Aberdeen but Graeme and the kids will have to travel up as often as they can, they are saying their goodbyes before she goes as they know it might be their last chance. I’ve started this to help raise some funds for them to be able to afford the journey from Blairgowrie to Aberdeen regularly and for Kayleigh to be able to feed herself whilst in the hospital, anything left over will help with every day costs.

Amber-Jade has recently fought covid and survived once again defying odds that doctors have given her, but she’s now in need of specialist equipment that we need to raise funds to try and buy for her, she’s a 15 month old baby girl who deserves to be comfortable whilst she’s sitting and playing, she has so much love to give and she’s amazing to watch, knowing just how hard she’s fought to be here
