Help KC Clay Guild claim a $25,000 grant

KC Clay Guild is a 501(c)3 non-profit, community focused ceramic arts center in Kansas City, MO. KCCG provides educational programming, opens studios, kiln services, gallery space, and an Artist in Residence program.

KC Clay Guild has outgrown its current studio building. In an effort to better serve our community and fulfill our mission, KCCG is in the process of raising funds to purchase a new, larger building . This new building will allow KCCG to expand education programming (especially low and no cost programs), provide more affordable rental shelves and studios, create a new short term artist in residence program, hire new employees, and offer more low and no cost programming for the community.

KC Clay Guild has been awarded a $25,000 challenge grant by the Windgate Foundation. Windgate Foundation is one of the most signiciant supporters of art and especially craft in the US, supporting organizations such as The Bray, University of Arkansas, Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts, and many more.

We are looking to you to help us meet this challenge by raising an additional $25,000 and claim the funds from the Windgate Foundation.

KC Clay Guild has raised $140,000 of its $750,000 goal. The additional $50,000 raised through the Windgate Foundation and with your help will move KC Clay guild towards its goal.

All funds raised will directly impact the expansion of ceramic arts programming that affects not only the Kansas City area, but through the Artist in Residence, gallery programs, and employment opportunities the field of ceramic art internationally.
