A Mother, Wife, and Daughter in Need of Your Support
At just 30 years old, Keely Rivera is facing the unimaginable. Recently diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, she is now in the fight of her life. Keely’s world revolves around her faith and family: her loving husband Gil, their spirited 4-year-old son Maison, and her father, who she has been caring for as he recovers from his own battle with cancer. Now, as she prepares to undergo intensive treatment, this close-knit family is in urgent need of support.
The Battle Ahead
Keely’s diagnosis has turned their lives upside down. The aggressive nature of stage 4 breast cancer requires a comprehensive and costly treatment approach. In addition to conventional therapies, the Riveras are pursuing metabolic cancer treatment—a promising but expensive path that offers hope in the midst of this challenging journey. However, the financial burden is overwhelming.
The goal is to raise $50,000.00 to help cover these medical expenses, as well as the day-to-day costs that will arise as Keely steps away from work to focus on her health. This includes everything from rent payments to groceries, ensuring that the Riveras can maintain a stable environment for Maison while navigating this crisis.
A Family of Faith
In 2020, Keely and Gil made a life-changing decision to be baptized, publicly declaring their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. At the start of 2022, they began attending Grace Bible Church in Plantation, Florida, and have been faithful members ever since. Their lives have been dedicated to glorifying God, serving their community, and deepening their faith. Even now, as they walk through this valley, their trust in God remains unshaken. They believe in the power of prayer, and they are counting on the love, support, and generosity of the church body and kind-hearted individuals who feel led to help.
