Help keep Anya safe

In November of 2020 Breanna made one of the hardest decisions of her life. To stay with her abuser, eventually meeting her demise or to live. On that day she chose to live. After suffering many years of physical, mental and emotional torture at the hands of her boyfriend and father to her young child, she made the very scary and courageous decision to leave. Leaving everything behind and escaping with only a small bag of clothes and her precious daughter Anya. Since then he has continued to harass and stalk her digitally and has used the government as a means to re victimize her. He has filed for custody of her baby girl Anya. Anya is now in a very loving and stable environment with Breanna and family in which she is thriving. To rip her away from that would only cause more damage. Her father is a known abuser and is using the courts and other avenues to try and continue to control her and take Anya away from her loving mother. What we are asking for is help covering the legal costs to fight this injustice and to keep Anya with her mother. The retainer is 3,000 and because we are fighting this from a different state it is a bit more complicated. Abusers should not be allowed to continue to victimize their victims and lie in order to get their way. Please help us fight this battle.
