Help keep Daddio home for a bit while we find a new normal.

We’re the Sheppards. Our little guy couldn’t stay with us, we lost him at 15 weeks, and my body was finally ready to let him go at 21 weeks. I feel really awful coming and asking for financial help right now but I feel even more awful thinking about our Daddio going back to work after a few days. Not just for my own anxiety and not wanting him away from me, but more because he’s struggling so hard and it makes me sick to just shove him back to work knowing we can’t afford for him to stay home for a couple weeks to grieve and catch his breath, and for our family to simply be together while we adjust to the reality that our little guy won’t be joining us in a few months. If there’s anything we can do to take the sting out of this time with life bills and medical bills, I’m willing to put my ego aside and just ask for help. Thank you friends.
