Help to provide warm clothes for needy school kids
Donation protected
Help keep school kids warm and this winter!
Poverty affects a large portion of the population in Nepal, and as winter approaches, the need for warm clothing becomes even more critical.Thousands of children in Nepal suffer tremendously in the cold, and that’s why I am reaching out to you for your kind support.
As a volunteer English teacher (once a week) at Shree Nabajoyti government school located in Kaski, I have seen firsthand the struggles that these children face. Most of the 110 students who attend the school come from extremely poor families who can barely afford to feed them, let alone provide them with warm clothes.
That’s why we are seeking kind donations from individuals or organizations to buy warm winter essentials like jackets, hats, scarves, socks, and shoes for these students.
With as little as £20, you can provide a child with a complete winter package that includes all these essential items to protect them against the cold. Our goal is to protect these children who come from impoverished families, and we need approximately £2200 to achieve this.
We want to assure you that financial transparency is of utmost importance to us, and 100% of your donation will go directly to purchasing winter clothing for distribution.
There is no better gift than providing warm clothing to these students during the winter season. By becoming a part of our mission and making a donation, you can make a significant impact. With just £20 per child, we can reach our target of 110 donations and bring warmth and hope to those in need.
Your support will not only keep these children warm but also contribute to their overall health and well-being. Together, we can make a difference in their lives.

About Me:
For those who may not know me personally, I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Sarala Thapa, and I am the coordinator of this fundraiser aimed at providing warm winter clothes for the school children at the local school where I volunteer.
I want to emphasise that this effort is completely independent and not affiliated with any NGO or organisation. I volunteer my time once a week to teaching English to the older students in class 7 and 8. Through this experience, I have developed a strong connection with the school and have witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by the 110 students who come from extremely poor families.
It truly breaks my heart to see them wearing torn jumpers and inadequate slippers in this bitter cold. That's why it is of utmost importance that we make a meaningful impact together.
To achieve this, we need to reach our goal of £2200, which will enable us to purchase warm essentials for all the children this winter.
Your support is absolutely crucial in achieving this goal. No matter the size, every contribution will make a significant difference. I kindly request your help by giving as much as you can. Even the smallest contribution can go a long way in bringing warmth and comfort to these deserving children. Let's join hands and make a positive change in their lives. Together, we can bring smiles and hope to these young hearts.
