Keep our car for medical transportation and Rent

My wife is disable and her Brain Tumor has come back need help to keep our car for medical transportation and to find another job and rent we own $8.000 but what we are ask will help us by me working and have to miss days when she not feeling well and trying to pay rent and car payment is hard i don't want lose her august 19 will 37 years together i would love to have her around for a long time thank you God Bless. update demetrius langford

She is in the hospital right now her tumor has grown bigger and now she's having problems with her heart I don't want to lose her she saved my life and if telling the truth so be it when she met me I was on the street I tried committing suicide four times on the fourth time God put it in my life she has had two brain surgeries already she had plates in her head I will always be by her side because she made me the man I am I was a drug user to a pastor and doing her recovery she study and became a pastor too we have been married for 37 years I have tried everything the job I had they closed their doors I only have 3% use of my left arm right now I'm lost and I don't know where to turn so if you can see it in your heart I will be gratefully blessed thank you and God bless you Reverend Demetrius
