Help Keilan for Treatment
Never say " That won't happen to me" -Life has many ways of testing a person's will.
It's funny how sometimes you don't see the obvious things coming. You think you're prepared, you think you can handle it, AND then-BOOM, something comes at you out of nowhere and catches you off guard.
My name is Akela and I created this "gofundme" page on behalf of my best friend's son, Keilan Neal, age 13.
Keilan, AKA #BigHurt, is an all star player of many sports. From scoring touch downs, to knocking it out the park his dedication & love for sports makes him a natural hang-tough individual. It was during the beginning of baseball season, open day, when Keilan endured a seizure that led doctors to discover he was suffering from a cancerous tumor called Anaplastic Ependymoma that was found on his brain. Doctors were able to successfully remove the tumor however he now has to start his journey to recovery.
*My prayer is that this expense will be manageable for the family as medical bills pile up, traveling out of town to the cancer center for treatments and his mother's FMLA is depleted.
*If you are wondering what you can do to help, prayers and positive thoughts are welcome. We are also asking for your financial help with the cost and expenses of Keilan's treatments.
