Hi, our names are Niklas and Dino, coworkers and colleague respectively, of Keith Williams, an Amazon warehouse worker and leader in the fight to unionize the SWF1 Fulfillment Center. Keith, his fiance and three children were recently evicted in April due to challenging their landlord to make their run-down apartment humane to live in. They have searched for a month now for housing and have been turned down due to outrageous

landlord demands and a regular dose of racism. Currently, they are living in a motel and unsure of when they will be able to secure affordable housing. Here's Keith sharing his story:

My name is Keith Williams, my fiancée Regina Chapin and our three children are currently homeless, experiencing financial difficulties, and dealing with medical challenges due to my work injury.

Regina is a wonderful mother and burgeoning artist, our oldest is an aspiring musician, and our youngest two have special needs but they are the brightest and most curious of the bunch. Our youngest daughter has autism and her older brother has adhd stability and routine are big for them to have a productive life our hotel situation right now is a huge strain on their emotional and mental wellbeing. We are doing the best we can at this moment.

We’ve spent more than $500 in applications fees, driven dozens of miles to see place after place just to get reject or told we just don’t make enough, and being hurt and out of work has put us in dire situation. Between the constant pain and stress of not being fully covered even under workers comp has put extra strain on Regina and our oldest to help with the transition.

With the funds raised will make a tremendous difference for our family by securing stable housing, accessing medical care, and meeting basic needs.
