Help Kell Restore Her Art and Home

my name is Kell, (Kelly) McDonald

I am an Emotional Abstract Expressionist (Artist)

I am a mother of 2 little boys.

I also am a hair extension stylist.

My home was burned and everything I own was lost in the recent Malibu / palisades fires in LA.

I was lucky to have my dog Sketch a golden retriever with me, I couldn’t get back to my home to get anything.

I have the clothes on my back and my dog, I’m grateful to be alive.

My biggest loss was all of my paintings, over 25 incredible beautiful large paintings and all of

my art supplies as well, everything… Gone.

My heart is broken, I don’t know how I can replace this.

Art is my life, my passion, without it I am lost.

Over the last year and a half I have been divorced, and battling the ability to have my children In my life, my ex husband and his family don’t support the relationship between me and my children, I am trying to make a life and living doing what I was called for in this life and show my boys that you can be who you were and are meant to be, follow your dreams and your heart.

I don’t have any family, my father died when I was a baby and I have no siblings, my mother doesn’t support my art and doesn’t believe in my dreams so we don’t have a relationship and it’s so heart breaking, I don’t really have anyone to turn to but our father (god) and that I do always and forever.

I am not one to ask for help as I have been through a lot and am very resilient!!! however at this time in my life with everything happening at once, I have lost everything and I need help, I am asking as a friend for you to believe in me, my art and my heart! I need help rebuilding my life so I can practice my passions, work hard, and have a home to try to bring my children too, I need help with getting them back in my life so I can continue to teach them the beauty and grace of being a good person, working hard and following your dreams.
