Help Kelly get to the Crossfit Games 2021

Hi Everyone

My journey to the Crossfit Games is all self funded e.g entry to the open, quarterfinals, age group qualifiers as well as accepting your place to participate on the Big stage at the Crossfit Games in Madison.

After an inconsistent year of training I have qualified for the Crossfit Games 2021. I genuinely didn’t expect to qualify and am once agin honoured to represent the UK and it’s CF community. I honestly thought that by now we would be able to travel to the USA without restrictions……. But sadly it hasn’t turned out that way.

It has been confirmed that direct travel to the US is not currently possible. There are a host of complications, travel issues and hurdles faced by all British athletes who have qualified.

The only option I have to travel into the US is by first travelling to another country- in my case Mexico- for 14 days before flying into to the US just in time to register and compete. The extra time away does add a considerable amount to my travel costs.
