Help Ken Battle Metastatic Bone Cancer Stage 4

Hello, my name is Ken Murphy. I'm 60 years old and I have Metastatic Bone Metastasis Stage 4 with NO CURE.
Yes, when I heard that diagnosis on February 6th, 2025, I was shocked. Stage 4? To begin: I found a very small lump in my neck in June of 2023. Within 3 weeks, it grew to contain fluid of 120 cc's, which was drained at UF Shands in Gainesville, Florida. After tests were done, I had Squamous cell carcinoma in my lymph nodes, tongue base, and tonsils. I had surgery followed by chemotherapy and radiation at UF Shands in Gainesville, which ended in November 2023. But after a PET scan and a NavDx test (which is a blood test that can detect cancer cells in DNA) in May 2024, the cancer was back. Now I have a secondary cancer, but it was too small to detect until the January 2025 PET scan and biopsy. Now it's Stage 4 Metastatic on the ilium bone (part of the hip bone).
With no cure, but I'm currently doing radiation therapy and chemotherapy (Keytruda) at Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute in Ocala, Florida. My treatments will not cure, but they will slow the process of the cancer down to where I can have some quality of life. I have to work in order to keep my health insurance so I can receive treatments so I can live. Co-pays are not cheap, so any help is appreciated so I can continue to fight this for the rest of my life. If you can give a $1, it all adds up. If not, please share my story.
