Hello all! I’m Heather Clardy and I’m raising funds for my friend’s Father. Here is his story:

While Driving home from Publix on Wednesday night October 25, 2023, his Nissan Rogue was hit by a man driving east on Wiles Road at the intersection of 110 Avenue. The driver of the Mustang slammed into him driving at an excessive speed . The crash killed the driver of that Mustang and took the front end off of the Rogue, leaving the car’s engine across the road. A Coast Guard mechanic, his guardian angel, saw the accident and stopped to help, She broke into his car and removed the airbags from his face. He had no idea what happened.

He was taken by ambulance to a Trauma hospital in the Trauma ICU. He has a punctured lung, blood in his chest cavity, fracture on his sternum, bruised kidney, bruised heart, two fractured vertebrae and all his ribs on his right side are broken. His ribs went through a special surgery, They pieced together ribs and attach each to a metal plate and put them back in his chest. He is now on a ventilator until he is able to breathe on his own.

His wife Cindy is by his side every day. He will be on a very long road to recovery. Anything will help this family out.
