Help Kendra Recover After Eaton Fire Loss

Donation protected
On January 8, 2025, Kendra Adler lost her beautiful Airstream home in Altadena due to the devastating Eaton Fire. She is a Los Angeles native and has been teaching in, witnessing, and caring for Altadena and these mountains for years and finally moved to Altadena this year. She lost everything in the Eaton fire and is seeking support to recover what has been lost. This will help her recover to find a new home, and replenish lost clothing and necessities.

She cares deeply for the Altadena community and continues to give with her somatic practices to reconnect, listen and care for the land.

Kendra is an environmental embodied activist, artist, and creator and has been deeply in love with these lands and community. She is a multidisciplinary artist and somatic movement educator using movement to investigate the connection between the Earth and the human body. Her work invites a remembrance of our connection to self and earth on a cellular level. She has shared her art and performances in numerous venues including at Highways Performance for SOMAarts Fest and at the Human Resources Gallery in Los Angeles.

If you are able to, please consider donating, sharing or supporting Kendra as she begins to heal, recover and process this devastating loss. Every dollar, no matter how small, will help her in this long journey to recovery.

Thank you all of your kindness, with deep deep gratitude for the support and bringing care to this sweet sweet Altadena community in all that is has been lost.
