Help Kenny Gain 50-50 Parental Rights

Hello, my name is Cory and I am fundraising to help my friend, Kenny, who is in need of raising money for legal fees in his ongoing legal battle revolving around Kenny's six year old daughter Alayah.
Kenny is a great man and an even better father. There is no length to which he has not gone to ensure a better future for his daughter. He's always there when she needs him physically, emotionally, and financially.
Kenny has gone as far as to switch careers as she approached her school age years in order to have a more flexible schedule to ensure he was available to care for Alayah due to the unpredictability in her mother's profession.
Unfortunately, this apparently wasn't enough as Kenny has been faced with ongoing legal battles with Alayah's other parent. Even through all of this, Kenny has maintained his upbeat nature and his inspiring social media presence and has done everything in his power to ensure that his daughter is unaffected by any and all legal and financial hardships.
At this point in time, Kenny has been forced to surrender his legal counsel due to ongoing litigation and custody battles and represent himself in the present legal matter. He is in jeopardy of missing his mortgage payments on the home where Alayah spends the majority of her week and has had his water and electricity cut off.
Kenny's desires are not to do anything besides use this money to hire expert counsel to represent him so that a favorable parenting agreement is put in place. His goal is to ensure Alayah has access to a quality education, healthcare, enriching opportunities, and access to both of her parents provided that a safe environment is available to her. Unfortunately, opposing counsel has taken advantage of Kenny's lack of representation in order to seek other means than a 50/50 parenting plan.
Kenny is "one of the good ones." It doesn't take but a few seconds spent with his daughter and him to see how truly special their relationship is. I hope you can find it in your heart to help relieve Kenny of some portion of the burden he currently faces. He's the type of man who would help others and ask for nothing in return and that is why I say we allow him to focus solely on being a father to Alayah instead of having to be a lawyer as well.
UPDATE: Kenny went to mediation and nothing was agreed upon despite having 50/50 rights. He tried and was denied.
Thank you for your consideration.
