Help Kent Provide Shelter for NC Hurricane Victims
Donation protected
Hello everyone! My name is Kent Keller, and I live in Charleston, SC. I am a carpenter and the owner of Keller Structures. I have a real burden for the people in North Carolina and East Tennessee who were affected by Hurricane Helene. I want to purchase new or used campers in good shape and deliver them to organizations and ministries in North Carolina that can match them up with people who need shelter for the coming weather. I also hope to build steps and roofs for campers in camper relief sites that need them. Many elderly people are in these campers and cannot climb up the high steps.
How Will Funds Be Used?
1) The funds will be used to purchase new campers or used campers that are in good condition and suitable to shelter victims of the hurricane.
2) The funds will be used to also cover my travel expenses, permits, maintenance, setup costs, construction supplies, etc.
3) Any unforeseen expenses that may occur.
I will keep all receipts of all transactions so I can verify the use of the funds. My wife, Susan, will keep track of everything on Quick Books and can run reports when requested.
I am hoping to make this a long-term endeavor, so the initial goal of $50,000 is for the first round. If I can fund the first group of campers for less than $50,000, I will carry the remaining funds into the second effort.
Thank you and God bless you!
