Help Kevin get his STOLEN truck back PLEASE!!!

On 3/22/2021, I was rooted of my Toyota 4runner. It was my shelter, my means of survival on the streets of San Francisco. It had every one of my possessions inside. Clothes and all.
The truck has since been recovered, but the tow yard wants me to pay $1000+ to return my truck to me that was stolen. It isn't right. It isn't fair. It has made me desperate. Trying to get the money together as the fee goes up $70 more daily.
Please help me get my life back on track. You would be making an investment in me. I have to live in a shelter, which I am grateful for. But I really just need my truck from the unfair tow yard.
