Husband, father of 8, and grandfather of 8, Kevin Horne has just recently been diagnosed with Cancer. (Metastatic Adenocarcinoma)
From his 2 week stay in the ICU we have these answers so far. Cancer has been confirmed in his stomach, esophagus, intestines, back, lymph-nods near his stomach and heart. As he is unable to eat or drink, a J-Tube has been surgically placed to receive nutrition. PET Scan is scheduled and will tell us where the cancer started, if there’s more, what stage, and treatment options. It is clear the journey ahead will be a long and difficult one.
