Help Kevin Salas Beat Cancer

When you think about a Truckee local, Kevin Salas is sure to come to mind. Kevin and his family moved to the Lake Tahoe/Truckee area in 1994 and have been local business owners in town ever since.

Recently, Kevin was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer called Basaloid Squamous Cell Carcinoma after finding a large swollen lymph node in his neck. In just a few short weeks, Kevin will have to undergo a very invasive neck surgery that will most likely leave him unable to work for an extended period of time. Due to Kevin being in a contract with his landlord, rent for his business ‘The Copy Center’ will continue to be due.
