Help Kevins Intervertebral Disk Disease Surgery

Kevin is our sweet 2 year old chihuahua. He is a rescue that we got in June of last year. He is the sweetest most loving little puppy I have ever met. He has overcame so much since we rescued him. A couple days ago we found out he had Intervertebral Disk Disease and has to have an extensive back surgery. He has no feeling in his back legs, he cant walk or do anything. He just cries in pain. Our hearts are absolutely breaking right now. Please help us get this surgery and help our baby dog overcome this disease.
