Supporting Ke’yair Through Relapse

For three years, Ke’yair’s life has been a whirlwind. He has fought with everything he has against osteosarcoma. This disease (and it’s treatment) have wreaked havoc on his body. Ke’yair has had chemo, 4 major lung resection surgeries and suffers permanent hearing and vision loss. He suffers from anxiety, PTSD and has had to navigate the brutal loss of close friends. After a relapse in June 2020, this awful disease even took his leg. One thing this disease has not taken from him is his unbeatable spirit. He greets each day with his famous smile, and handles any and every obstacle in his path. Recently, Ke’yair and his mom were given the news that he has relapsed once more. They found two new nodules on his lungs. This family is facing so much uncertainty right now.
