Help Khoi Recover From Brain Surgery
This is my cousin Khoi. He was a healthy young man who just got engaged and was about to start a business next month when he suddenly suffered from a hemorrhagic stroke which caused him to pass out in his car. After the paramedics arrived he was life-flighted to the University of Utah hospital where he received emergency brain surgery. He financially supports his elderly parents and younger brother before the incident.
At the moment, he is being monitored at the hospital. He remains unresponsive four days after the surgery. We are still not sure what caused the brain bleed, although the doctors suspect it was caused by a rare genetic condition known as arteriovenous malformation (AVM).
Khoi was such a happy and hard-working person before this terrible accident. It breaks our hearts to see him like this. We are all still in shock about what happened to him. Unfortunately, Khoi did not have health insurance, so any donation will go directly toward his medical expenses. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
Update:
Since Khoi is still not conscious, his fiancé Jenny is being added as a beneficiary. She will use the money to pay for his continued care as well as to pay for living expenses for Khoi’s family.
