Help Kiet Get a Lung Transplant
Donation protected
Update: Things happened quickly, Kiet was accepted at Stanford and surgery was yesterday February 25th. Good news is he made it through the lung transplant but still has a long road to recovery.
Thanks for the thoughts and prayers,
love and support as well as donations from everyone to help him.
Our dear friend Kiet Pham was unfortunately diagnosed with fibrotic interstitial lung disease and his doctor's prognosis is not favorable unless he receives a lung transplant. He is on oxygen and has not been able to work since he contracted Covid more than a year ago and has been living on dwindling savings.
We are raising funds to help with his medical bills and everyday living expenses. He does have health insurance but he will be incurring more expenses as he is trying to get into a program at a lung transplant center at the University of Washington and will be moving there.
He is also exploring possible treatment in Vietnam as an option.
Please, help out however you can. If possible, please call him, send a message, or visit. Thank you so much.
