- Hi my name is Billie Jo and my sister is Kim Yocum. Kim has Burgers disease which constricts blood flow through her arteries. She had one leg amputated years ago and recently had another leg amputated. She now needs to be up and moving again because you just can’t keep her down and if we tried it would kill her. So I am asking for help to get an electric wheelchair and hand devices for her car plus labor cost to have them installed.
