Help Kim Pulliam Overcome Medical Challenges

Hi my name is Amanda. I’m trying to help my mom Kim Pulliam(Farmer) with medical Expenses/Bills while she deals with extensive medical issues and attempts to maintain a happy and healthy life.

Just a little back story

My mom went to the Washington County hospital and was rushed by ambulance to Fairview Park Hospital on May 8th, 2024, with stomach pain and vomiting and thinking it was just a digestive issue.. Turns out after scans, she had a mass that was obstructing her colon. After multiple other scans and X-rays, it was decided that emergency surgery was the only option before it became fatal due to a possibility of it rupturing. Once the surgeon got to the mass he realized it was much bigger than he had anticipated. She went in for the surgery and while trying to remove the mass the surgeon had to cut out portions of her colon to safely get the mass out. Luckily he removed the mass but unfortunately it was confirmed that it was cancerous. Her right ovary and appendix which had scar tissue wrapped each other causing them to be removed. The removal of the ovary and appendix was unexpected but necessary. She will also most likely undergo chemo treatments for an undetermined amount of time. She also now has to wear a colonoscopy bag for the rest of her life which also comes with a rigidly strict and limited diet. We also don’t know when my mom is coming home.

My mom is a very strong and loving woman with a lot of hope and faith. She is a mother of three and a grandmother of twin boys. We don’t know when she will be able to go back to work and unfortunately she did not have health insurance during this very trying time. So I’m trying to help raise money so she won’t lose her house, car ….etc. and can maintain her strict diet and help her get out of financial debt. I have opened up a private account where her donations will go in and bills/medical expenses will be paid out of it. My mom Kim Pulliam(Farmer) would be very grateful for any help.
